We’re doing things bigger and better showcasing two of our favourite things DONUTS ? & BEER ?.  Think hot chocolate\, mulled wine\, hot jam donuts\, coffee\, plenty of outdoor heating and cheery festoon lighting.  \n? The event will be running over TWO days with two sessions per day: 11am-3pm / 4pm-8pm.  \n?Early bird tickets (ends August 9th) : $10 includes our official Donut Fest beer taster\nGeneral tickets (ends 19th August) : $15\nGroup tickets (4 people) : $45\nChildren 12 and under: free\nVenue : Batman Royale – warehouse and outdoor area.  \n? Right outside venue!\nCar parking: free 250 car spots on site. \nWhat is an early bird ticket?\nEarly Bird tickets (just $10) are on sale now and include fast entry\, a token to vote for Melbourne’s best donut and a taster of the official festival beer. \nWill tickets be available on the door?\nOnly if there are any available left from online sales. We cap numbers to ensure everyone has a great time. We strongly suggest buying tickets prior to ensure you don’t miss out. \nI’ve changed my mind. Can I get a refund?\nUnfortunately refunds on tickets are unavailable. Please consider carefully before completing your ticket purchase. If you’re unable to use your tickets\, they can be transferred to another person\, provided that person also meets the age requirements of the ticket type. \nWhat do I need to bring with me to the event?\nPlease bring your ticket(s)\, either printed out or ready on email or your Eventbrite app (available on the App Store or Google Play)\, as well as photo ID for proof of age. \nWhat happens when I get there?\nOn arrival\, your ticket will be scanned and you’ll be given an Entry Keycard. This is your key to DONUT FEST\, and you can load it up with money at the festival.  \nHow does this Keycard work?\nDONUT FEST is a 100% cashless event. With no cash to handle\, this helps our vendors and bar process transactions quickly\, which means more time for you to enjoy the food and drinks. It acts like a debit card where you just tap and go at each stall. The money will be deducted immediately from your card and you will be able to see your remaining balance. The whole transaction takes less than 5 seconds. \nHow can I put money on the Keycard? \nWe have two Top Up stations at the venue where you can use money or eftpos to load money onto the Keycard. It is a super fast process (faster than withdrawing money out of an ATM!). There is a no transaction fee. \nIf I don’t use all my money\, can I get a refund? \nDonut fear! Refund payments can be done online from Tuesday 22nd August (9am) to Friday 29th August (midnight). Refunds will then be processed from Monday 28th August (9am)and into your account. Just make sure you hang on to your DONUT FEST keycard as you’ll need the number printed on it to claim your refund. There is a transaction fee of $2 for online refund payments.
