By memory I think out of all the classes I’ve organized I’ve only run this class once.\nThis is the equal biggest class alyce has. It has numerous thermomix machines going at the same time \, multiple presenters and goes for between 3 1/2 to 4 hours. It’s a HUGE class    \nSo yum cha.  What is it. ?   \nThink fruit tea. Think chicken corn soup. Steamed pork buns which are AMAZING. how to create and shape the dough for them.  Char Siew. These are amazeballs as well.✅.   Dumplings\, how to make the perfect dumpling dough\, the perfect dumpling filling and how to create and shape the finished product. These are sublime and I’m coming along just for these bad boys !!! Hainese chicken and rice.  OMFG sensational. Ginger sauce.  Traditional egg tarts and the bases and how to create the perfect ones.  And spring onion pancakes.  These are seriously good to finish on.  \nIf you’re keen to come along and join myself and alyce and her superstar team learn all about yumcha then don’t miss this.   \nThere were some that missed getting their name on the class list for our first class\, Easy Indian\, so you snooze you lose ???? \nI will make a seperate thread in the main section of my page on Friday the 3rd of March at 6.00pm asking for names for those that would like to come along.
