DESCRIPTION:Rob Dolan Wines and The Farm Yarra Valley are very delighted to announce that we will be hosting a ‘Big Roast for Cystic Fibrosis’ for the second year!\nThe Big Roast event is inspired by the Bowness family from Healesville who have two children Liam 10\, and Grace 9\, with cystic fibrosis. Grace would refer to cystic fibrosis as ’65 Roasters’ which lead Kirsty Bowness\, Grace’s mother\, to the idea of holding a roast during the month of July to raise money for The Royal Children’s Hospital Cystic Fibrosis Research Trust.\nThe Big Roast at Rob Dolan Wines and The Farm will be held on Sunday the 29th of July in the Rob Dolan Wines barrel room which will be styled by the very talented Vagary Creative and tables donated by Yarra Valley Party Hire. The day will include a three-course lunch\, wine\, raffle prizes\, an auction and live music!\nTickets are $80 for adults and $50 for children\, 12 and under. $30 from every ticket sold is donated to The Royal Children’s Hospital Cystic Fibrosis Research Trust. The ticket price will include a three-course lunch\, sparkling wine on arrival and wine with the main course.

SUMMARY:Pasta with Passione with Maria from My Green Garden
DESCRIPTION:Learn to make pasta by hand\, using a traditional pasta roller\, with basic wholesome ingredients. After the basic technique is mastered\, we move to making filled pasta shapes\, particularly ravioli in a freeform fashion. We will enjoy a lunch of the ravioli pasta made by our efforts. After lunch\, we make silky smooth strands of colourful fettuccine. You will take home all of the fettuccine made on the day\, which is usually sufficient to feed 5. Instructions on storing the pasta will also be given. Unfortunately this workshop is not suitable for those with a gluten-intolerance.
