4WD Day Trip & Gourmet Dining Experience

After meeting us in the township of Gembrook in your 4WD or AWD vehicle, you’ll follow our tour leader as we wind our way through the hills up to the spectacular lookout at Seven Acre Rock and through the lush subtropical rainforest surrounding one of Victoria’s tallest trees, The Ada Tree.
Your choice of freshly cooked gourmet food will await you when we break for lunch at the historic mill site Starlings Gap, a unique location where you can see the meeting point of the three main forest types of the region.
Pushing further into the mountains we’ll explore some of the fun and challenging tracks on offer with many opportunities to learn the basics of driving off-road before returning to Starlings Gap for a delicious three course dinner and complimentary glass of wine.
The tour will conclude at around 8pm in the town of Yarra Junction, an easy one hour drive from Melbourne.
Suitable for all AWD vehicles including those with road tires, no 4×4 experience neccessary!

-Experienced guides with first aid training
-All recovery equipment

~Yaya’s Famous Greek Meatballs~
Lamb mince with cumin, garlic, mint & my Yaya’s secret blend of spices. Served with red cabbage, sunflower seed salad, homemade tahini sauce & sweet potato chips tossed with rosemary salt.
~Middle Eastern Summer Chicken Salad~
Yamen spice free range chicken breast, chargrilled & served with organic quinoa, roasted spiced cauliflower, baby radish, baby beetroot, heirloom cherry tomatoes, pomegranate seeds & currants. Served warm & drizzled with tahini dressing & fresh coriander.
~Middle Eastern Grilled Haloumi Summer Salad~ (V)
Yamen spice grilled haloumi, & served with organic quinoa, spiced cauliflower, baby radish, baby roasted beetroot, heirloom cherry tomatoes, pomegranate seeds & currants salad. Served warm & drizzled with tahini dressing & fresh coriander.
~Michelle’s Greek Plate~ (V)
Organic quinoa, lentil, mint & carrot patties pan fried & served with red cabbage, sunflower seed salad, homemade tahini sauce & sweet potato chips tossed with rosemary salt.
~Baby Greek stuffed Peppers~
Baby heirloom peppers filled with lamb mince, garlic, pine nuts & jasmine rice, oven roasted & served with homemade basil pesto sauce.
~Exotic Mushroom & Truffle Risotto~ (V)
Exotic mushroom risotto with truffle, lemon zest, dill, & green peas, finished with cream & freshly grated Italian Grana Padano parmesan.
~Baby Greek Stuffed Peppers~ (V)

Free range Gippsland lamb cutlets, marinated in lemon, cumin & garlic, chargrilled & served with roasted baby beetroot, butternut pumpkin & grilled asparagus, topped with homemade tzatziki sauce.

Capellini pasta with Tasmanian smoked salmon, shallots, green olives, lemon zest & confit garlic, finished with extra virgin olive oil & fresh dill.
~Eggplant Stack~ (V)
Eggplant stack with fresh dill, buffalo cheese, napoli sauce & Italian Grana Padano parmesan. Oven baked & served with baby heirloom carrots & roasted chat potatoes.
~Michelle’s Delicious Sticky Date Pudding~
Homemade sticky date pudding, topped with caramel sauce & served with vanilla bean ice cream.

Chocolate and almond meal cake with hints of coffee and brandy, served with Yarra Valley double cream
