Welcome to the inaugural Ballarat Food Truck Carnival .

From Thursday 16th of February till Sunday 19th, Melbourne’s finest food trucks will be serving up tasty treats and fancy feasts at Ballarat Showgrounds.

Kick back and relax and enjoy the music while the kids are entertained by a host of games and activities.

All this and more while enjoying cuisines from around the world, capped off with an ice cold beer or cocktail in the sun.
