Why burrata lovers shouldn’t miss it
Burrata – a pouch of fresh mozzarella filled with creamy stracciatella – is best eaten within hours of being made, and this festival is a rare chance to see it stretched and filled in front of you. Pair it with Prahran Market’s fresh produce, bread and deli traders for an easy weekend of Italian-style grazing in one of Melbourne’s best-loved food markets.
