Calling all BBQ fans!

We’re getting fired up at De Bortoli Yarra Valley Estate for the first Woodfired BBQ Championship! 25 teams will battle it out across five categories to be crowned the Grand Champion and qualify for the 2019 American Royal and Jack Daniels Invitational.

Come and watch the experts cook up a storm, you might even learn a tip or two for your next BBQ. Judging will start from 11:30am, with the winners announced at 4:30pm.

There will be live music, a selection of food trucks and a wine bar so you can kick back, enjoy the views and take in the aromas of a perfectly cooked steak.

Don’t forget, the De Bortoli Cellar Door will be open from 10am to 5pm, so drop in and enjoy some local wines and cheese from the on-site cheese shop. Find out more: bit.ly/Yarra-Valley
