THE SWAMP, Bar Ampere and Gin Palace’s super-secret, super cool back room is becoming its own bar! Alright, it has been on the weekends for a while now, but now it’s open on Thursdays too!

Styled as a swampy piano room, THE SWAMP is an American-style establishment complete with a wide range of bourbons, moonshines, and a sassy American bartender to boot.

On Thursday March 2, THE SWAMP is hosting a launch event to introduce itself to Melbourne’s vibrant scene. Beginning at 5pm there will be Deep South chicken ribs and homemade fried pickles to go with bourbon-y drink specials and southern rock, along with old-fashioned US hospitality.
