It’s no surprise we love gin! Apart from running an award-winning gin distillery and Australia’s longest running Gin Market series, we have just launched our inaugural GinDig dinner series. This gin-fuelled shindig will offer an amazing 4-course dinner prepared by our kitchen led by Head Chef James Moedt, paired with 4 craft gins which are all distilled onsite. On the night, you’ll also be able to meet our distiller, where you’ll learn a bit more about the processes and botanicals used in our gins, so this is the perfect way to take your passion for gin to the next level! To make the evening even more special, all guests will receive a goodies pack that contains a 100ml bottle of our original Collingwood Dry Gin, dehydrated garnishes and a 10% voucher to use in our bottle shop on the night!
