Lawrenny Estate Gin Degustation

In celebration with Negroni Week and International Gin Day, Locanda Restaurant & Bar have teamed up with Lawrenny Estate to celebrate all things Gin for the month of June.
Tasmania’s award winning distillery, Lawrenny Estate will be hosting a 5 Course Degustation and Gin pairing on Wednesday the 20th of June at Locanda Private Dining, lead by Head Distiller Joe Dinsomoore all the way from the Tasmanian High Lands.
Since the early 1800’s, the family owned distillery pride themselves on using the finest quality Tasmanian produce and are one of the very few ‘paddock to bottle’ distilleries in the world. Lawrenny Estate’s portfolio includes Gold 2018 – Australian Distilled Spirits Awards – Van Diemen’s Gin, one of the ingredients highlighted in the Gin cocktails that will be paired with a menu showcasing the very best of Victorian local produce designed by Executive Head Chef – Paul Griffiths.
