Learn to make pasta by hand, using a traditional pasta roller, with basic wholesome ingredients. After the basic technique is mastered, we move to making filled pasta shapes, particularly ravioli in a freeform fashion. We will enjoy a lunch of the ravioli pasta made by our efforts. After lunch, we make silky smooth strands of colourful fettuccine. You will take home all of the fettuccine made on the day, which is usually sufficient to feed 5. Instructions on storing the pasta will also be given. Unfortunately this workshop is not suitable for those with a gluten-intolerance.
