Peninsula Music and Food Festival

WHAT YOU CAN BRING
You can bring your own picnic blankets, fold up chairs or bean bags etc. Its advised to bring a wide brimmed hat and sunscreen to the event.
Bag checks will be in place. Items prohibited from entry are Alcohol, Glass, Pets, Tents, shadestructures, tables, metal cutlery, pets, umbrellas. professional cameras.
No BYO Food & Beverages – this is a fully licensed event, including wines, beers, cider, spirits and food truck offerings catering for all dietary requirements. No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted into the venue.
We will have ATM on site for you to grab some quick cash. Some food trucks may have and bar will have eftpos facilities
There are free water refills available once inside the festival.. The event will also have some of the best food trucks in melbourne on hand. Food Trucks Hunger Busters,Curry Up now, Street Eats, Dine with Difference, Twista Sister, Wun Hung Lo, Inkredible Calamari, Lick your lips, Satay Noodle, Lets Meat Up Greek
Barrel of Beans, Wendys on Tour and Love a Coffee and Donuts
The public bar will also be open stocking a range of Beer, Wine, Spirits, Cider and Non Alcoholic drinks.

Tickets purchased through third parties such as Viagogo, Ebay, Gumtree, Facebook etc at customers own risk. Fruadulent tickets will not be honoured. If you purchased your ticket from a third party, the responsibility is yours to make sure the ticket is genuine, we cannot guarantee tickets purchased from third parties. We suggest you email us if you have purchased/sold ticket so we can update the persons details in our system
We encourage everyone to car share, grab taxi or uber to lesson the impact of getting in and out of car park. There is ample parking at the Briars. The car parking fee is $5.
No refunds at this event, we encourage you to purchase insurance during purchase process. If the event is cancelled full refunds will be due. If event is postponed no refunds will be due. insurance is available during purchase which we strongly encourage you to purchase to cover any unforeseen circumstances where you cant make event.
CONDITION OF ENTRY
It will be a condition of entry that all bags, chairs, eskies and personal belongs be presented to security staff for inspection and scanning at entry. If patrons is caught attempting to bring BYO ALCOHOL into venue they will be refused entry without refund.
Children must be with a responsible adult at all times.
The event is an open air concert and will proceed rain, hail or shine. In the unlikely event of cancellation you will be notified via email and social media as well as website. The event will only be cancelled if the site is deemed too dangerous to proceed/continue.
