Nothing beats sipping on Prosecco on a Saturday afternoon, and thankfully there’s a festival dedicated to doing just that!
The thirst-quenching Prosecco Festival returns for its third consecutive year. Held at the Northcote Town Hall, on Saturday 29th of February, Melburnians will be treated to the taste of Australia’s favourite sparkling!
So, who will you likely find at The Prosecco Festival?
The Foodie Fiend –It wouldn’t be a true Italian festa without the feast! Indulge in a lineup of Prosecco-pairing cuisine. The Gradi Group’s 400 Gradi & Zero will be serving up its award winning Margherita Verace Pizza and Prosecco-infused Gelato, alongside Yes Porketta, The Meat Room and Eat Cannoli – to name a few! Keep your hunger at bay thanks to Harvest Snacks, the Festival’s official snack sponsor, and keep hydrated with VÖOST, the Festival’s official vitamin fizz partner.
The self-proclaimed Prosecco connoisseur –For those eager to learn, laugh and lap up this delicious drop, the VIP experience has your name on it. Complete with a 45 minute masterclass, access to the VIP balcony and a mouth-watering grazing table from That’s Amore, say no more!
The Prosecco-obsessed –With over 40 different Proseccos from Italy and Australia to try, Northcote Town Hall will be transformed into a Prosecco-lovers haven. Dal Zotto, Tenuta 2 Castelli, Col Del Lupo, Tar and Roses, Mitchleton are just some of the renowned wineries who’ll be pouring Prosecco perfection.
The bride-to-be – Great tunes, delicious drops and tasty bites, what more could you want on your hen’s party? The Prosecco Festival is a girl’s dream, a Select Aperitivo Venetian Spritz in one hand, and an arancini ball in the other, grab your gal pals and flock to the festival!
