Learn to cook American barbecue from one of the best in the business! During this 4 hour class, you’ll learn some of the barbecue basics, including choosing the right meat, equipment and fuel. You’ll also learn some of the tips and tricks that helped Jim have such a successful competition barbecue career. You’ll also learn how to cook the four KCBS competition meats (chicken, pork ribs, pork (Boston butt), and brisket), how to prep competition boxes, manage your timelines and impress the judges.
