Sauerkraut Fermentation Workshop

Learn how to make your very own SAUERKRAUT throughout this 2 hourly HANDS ON FERMENTATION WORKSHOP hosted by a founder of Grateful Harvest Kombucha Jacqui Kirkland who has been mastering the art of fermentation for over 20 years now.
Throughout the workhsop you will learn about:
– the principals of safe and never fail fermentation process
– why fermented foods are good for us and why to include these in our diet
– you WILL MAKE your own delicious SAUERKRAUT(yep…you will get your hands dirty and you will be doing it yourself:-)!!! ***this includes a small take home jar of your creation***
– you will get a print out including all the inf above, and about all the ins and outs of fermentation and a sauerkraut recipe.
This a HANDS ON workshop – this means we need enough space for some comnfortable, groovy fermenting moves;-) so we can only fit set amount of people in – book in early as ***BOOKINGS ESSENTIALS***
