Sichuan Snack Fair
22 March @ 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Fuchsia Dunlop, doyenne of Sichuan cooking, flies into Melbourne and teams up with Dainty Sichuan, Spice Temple and 10 of the city’s other top restaurants to pay tribute to China’s spiciest regional cuisine with a free, family-friendly celebration of Sichuan province’s greatest dishes.
Wander from stand to stand, from tasting to talk, demonstration to dish, from hot food to cold beer, and get a true taste of one of China’s most popular culinary exports, all in a mix of Mandarin and English.
