St Erth Apple Festival & Visit Gardens of the Goldfields

Join The Diggers Club at The Garden of St Erth for a weekend of heritage apple festivities and celebrations.

Meet the Pommes and indulge at the Hidden Garden of St Erth, taste, sip, enjoy!

Wander our heritage fruit orchard and be inspired, taste the best of heritage fruit and learn to cultivate your own organic produce at our free mini workshops and buy produce from local stallholders.

Take inspiration from our food forest and dine on food and fruit that has only travelled a few meters from our organic garden to our Fork to Fork Café

HERITAGE APPLE MASTERCLASS
Book into our Heritage Apple Masterclass with talented expert Pete the Permie
Growing Heritage Apples & Fruit the Natural Way.
This class will look at the wonderful heritage varieties available still in Australia and how selecting the right ones can make it easier to manage a home or bigger orchard. The rootstock, disease resistance and design of the space can all help reduce work by up to 90% or increase the rate of failure to get good clean, chemical free crops. This class is also about the new and old methods and tools that can help you reduce your effort in the orchard or food forest and what threats are on the horizon for Victorian growers.
