Albert Park’s Pelican Lawn will transform into a foodie mecca this November as Taste of Melbourne in partnership with Electrolux returns to showcase new coveted culinary trailblazers and beloved Victorian restaurants back by popular demand. Over four indulgent days restaurants will present 3 – 4 exquisite signature dishes in ‘taste’ size portions, allowing you to create your dream tasting menu.

Mingle with award-winning chefs and like-minded foodies as you browse through hand-picked premium food and drink producers, take part in one of the many interactive foodie attractions or simply relax and enjoy live entertainment in the beautiful surrounds of Albert Park.

First to join the star studded lineup; dining institutions Circa, The Prince and Cumulus Inc, pan-Asian Supernormal, casual new-comer Hotel Jesus, celebrated Northside eatery Estelle Bistro, newcomer Pickett’s Deli & Rotisserie and Taste veterans and favourites MoVida and Mamasita. Joining from farther afield is veggie patch to plate restaurant The Royal Mail Hotel. And that’s just the first instalment!
