Our friendly stall holders enjoy sharing information about their culture. Displays of Turkish arts and handcrafts will include demonstrations of ebru (paper marbling) and calligraphy. Musicians, folk dancers and roving performers in colourful costumes will provide entertainment for visitors. The Australian Ottoman Mehter Band will perform on Sunday.
