Melbourne is a city that knows its beef. So we think you’ll be as excited as we are that we’ve been lucky enough to get hold of an entire Wagyu rib set, marble score 9+, from Sevens Creek in the Strathbogie ranges. We are dry aging the rib set for 4 weeks, ensuring it will be super tender and packed full of flavour.
On Saturday the 27th of August we’ll be getting our beef on with a 4 course lunch with this incredible Wagyu as the main event. There are limited seats available so get in quick!
