Explore the morning flavours of Australia at our interactive open kitchens filled with an abundance of authentic and sustainable produce brought to life by the people, the climate and the land. From organic French style cheese reflecting the Great Ocean Road, to cured meats and smallgoods from Willaura, and freshwater trout caught from the snowfields of Lake Mountain, share our passion for locally grown and sustainable produce that make up our world-class rich bounty.
