Hosted by Giorgio Linguanti from That’s Amore Cheese, the night will focus on the individuality of cheese and wine and how the taste can vary greatly according to history and style as well as origin, make and maturation.

Learn the history of this ancient artisan craft while enjoying a tasting plate from some of Victoria’s finest cheesemakers.

The Queen Victoria Market Dairy Hall is heritage listed, and this is a great opportunity to wander through it by night and see our beautiful and historic site in a whole new light.
